How long will it take to receive my order?
As each piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production. If you need an item for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our jewelry worldwide using secure, insured courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return a bespoke or resized item?
Items that have been custom-made, engraved, or resized specifically for you are non-refundable. For standard collection pieces, we offer a 14-day return policy provided the item is in its original condition.
How do I find my correct ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler to be professionally measured. Alternatively, we can send you a physical ring sizer by mail to ensure the most accurate fit before we begin crafting your piece.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We specialize in using recycled precious metals and ethically sourced gemstones. Many of our designs also incorporate unique elements like salvaged wood and sand provided by our customers.
Is your jewelry hallmarked?
Yes, all of our gold, silver, and platinum pieces are independently hallmarked at the Assay Office to guarantee the purity and quality of the metal.
